Future Forum, founded and chaired by Rep. Eric Swalwell, consists of 26 of the youngest House Democrats with a focus on listening to millennials: the Americans ages 18 to 35 who make up our nation’s largest, most educated and most diverse generation.

Future Forum has visited more than 30 U.S. cities to meet with young Americans where they are at universities and community colleges, at business incubators and job-training centers, at cafes and brewpubs to hear their concerns.

Some issues have risen to the fore, like student debt and college affordability, home ownership, entrepreneurship and job opportunities, and climate change. Future Forum members are taking these concerns back to Washington, DC, and proposing legislation to address them. Future Forum gives millennials the voice they need and deserve in government.
